Profile

I hold a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, but I started designing websites and products while I was still at university — long before I knew it would become my career. That mix of engineering thinking and design curiosity has stayed with me ever since. I enjoy understanding how things work under the hood, but even more, I enjoy shaping how people experience them. Over time, product design became the place where my technical background, creativity, and problem-solving mindset naturally converged.
Outside of work, I’m driven by curiosity and making things with my hands. I’m into Latin dancing, cars, LEGO building, painting, archery, karting, and rally(WRC); activities that balance precision with expression and focus with play. They all scratch a similar itch: learning, refining, and enjoying the process as much as the outcome. I genuinely love product design, and if I had to choose again, I wouldn’t change a thing.

What drives me
Building products that matter and create real, lasting value for people.
I believe anything that can be improved should be. The best products earn trust by feeling simple, intuitive and reliable.

Building teams that perform

Building teams that perform

I focus on building complementary teams where skills overlap just enough to create shared understanding, but each person brings a distinct strength of their own. I give team members real ownership and encourage them to actively shape solutions, treating the team as a community built on trust, accountability, and open thinking. I invest heavily in helping people grow, through clear expectations, honest feedback, and increasing responsibility as trust is earned. At the same time, I’m clear about standards: when someone consistently drags the team down, I address it directly to protect momentum, morale, and the people who are doing their best work.
