Kure - Medical Recruitment and Patient Management App

Kure aims to be a revolutionary healthcare app that aspires to connect healthcare agencies, providers, and patients in a secure and collaborative ecosystem.

I took part in creating a platform that takes medical therapists and medical agencies and puts them in contact. The agency can set up facilities, post jobs and search therapists based on their availability and skills. On the therapist's side, they can complete a profile with their resume, set up their availability, apply to a job and negotiate their rate. The innovation in this process is that all medical personnel are credentialed by a specialized team inside KarePartners, thus taking this burden from a future employer’s hand, the result of it being a reduction of cost.

It will also have a digital copy of the employees' files as well as the patients. The system helped KarePartners clinics increase their volume of patients by 50% and a reduction of the hiring process from 4-6 months to 1-3 months.
