Sweat Wallet started without a design function or product narrative. I was brought in as the first designer to define the vision, make decisions independently, and own outcomes end-to-end. Despite broader org structure, I operated with full accountability for direction, quality, and execution.
The challenge wasn’t UI, it was ambiguity. Users lacked a clear mental model of what this wallet was, who it was for, and why to trust it.
From a simple token converter to a multi-chain wallet, the evolution of Sweat Wallet has been an amazing journey.
