Tello started as a startup MVNO selling wireless mobile plans, offering voice, text, and data, for the US market. The challenge here was that the product would be placed in a competitive market and needed to meet the high standards of the competition. Even though it was a startup, there was a logo already made. We had to come up with the brand image, but also with the user experiences. We created an engaging website where the user could find more about the product and directly customize and buy a subscription.
