Today

I am a Head of Design with 15+ years building products across consumer fintech, crypto, healthcare and telecom.

I take products from ambiguity to scale, which means defining direction early, making the decisions that matter, keeping trust and clarity intact while the numbers grow. I give one product my whole attention at a time, and stay with it until it reaches the goals set for it.

I enjoy understanding how things work under the hood, and shaping how people experience them even more. What drives me is building products that matter and create real, lasting value for people.

In numbers

  1. 20M+users onboarded and retained across every product
  2. $19M+annual recurring revenue influenced
  3. 15+years designing products

Leadership

How I leadwhen the stakesare high

I build complementary teams, where skills overlap just enough to create shared understanding but each person brings a distinct strength of their own. I give people real ownership and expect them to shape the solution, not just execute it, and I treat the team as a community built on trust, accountability and open thinking.

I invest heavily in helping people grow, through clear expectations, honest feedback and responsibility, as trust is theirs to lose. I am equally clear about standards: when someone consistently drags the team down, I address it directly, to protect momentum, morale and the people who are doing their best work.

The principles behind those calls

Clarity over speed

I define direction early so teams do not move fast in the wrong direction.

Decisions over deliverables

My job is to make the hard product and design calls, not to produce artifacts.

Systems over one-offs

I build foundations teams can scale on rather than solving the same problem twice.

Outcomes over output

Success is adoption, retention, trust, and revenue. Not volume of screens.

Away from the screen

Outside the work

I am driven by curiosity and by making things with my hands. All of them balance precision with expression, and focus with play.

They scratch the same itch as the work does. Learning something, refining it, and enjoying the process as much as the outcome. I genuinely love product design, and if I had to choose again I would not change a thing.
